The current research of the group is focused on the transformation, mainly through catalytic methods, of renewable raw materials and waste, in the context of the Bioeconomy and the Circular Economy.
The group possess a wide experience in the application of Heterogeneous Catalysis and Immobilized Chiral Catalysts in selective organic reactions, including enantioselective reactions, as well as other aspects of the Sustainable Chemistry.
